Usage Terms
Full copyright transfer: the client may use the artwork in all media and merchandise including print, digital, and broadcast globally, in perpetuity.
Kill Fee
If the client chooses not to move forward after initial design direction is presented, a kill fee equal to 25% of the project scope will be paid for completion of initial work.
Next Steps
Once estimate and scope are approved, we'll send over our design agreement, followed by an invoice for a 50% deposit to begin work.
